These terms summarize your use of KVR Deal Bot and related services from KVR Systems. Your signed service agreement governs.

The service

KVR provides a managed bot that parses vendor messages, computes Amazon and Walmart fees and ROI, generates branded deal cards, and, after your approval, publishes to your Telegram and WhatsApp destinations and updates your price-list sheet.

Approval & responsibility

Nothing publishes without your approval. Every deal offers Approve, Edit, and Reject. Fee and ROI figures are calibrated against SellerAmp and re-tested on each fee-schedule change, but you are responsible for the deals you choose to approve and post.

Billing

• Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in.
• Setup fees are credited in full against your month-3 invoice if you're still subscribed.
• A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first month's subscription.
• Founding-distributor pricing, where offered, is locked for 12 months.

Messaging platforms

Publishing modes that automate WhatsApp delivery rely on connection methods outside WhatsApp's official Business API and carry platform risk, which your service agreement describes plainly. A zero-automation copy-paste mode is always available, and Telegram publishing is unaffected.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service for lawful wholesale-distribution activity and to comply with the terms of the platforms you publish to, including Telegram and WhatsApp.

Cancellation

Cancel any time. You receive a full export of your deal history, contacts, and templates within 48 hours, and your data is deleted within 30 days.
