Privacy Policy

KVR Systems ("KVR", "we") provides deal-analysis and publishing software for wholesale distributors. This policy summarizes what we handle on your behalf and the commitments we make about it. Your signed service agreement governs.

Data isolation

Each client runs in an isolated environment with separate processes and separate API keys. We do not run cross-client analytics, and we do not pool or compare your deal data with any other client's. That commitment is contractual, not just a setting.

What we process

• Vendor messages you forward to your bot, and the product data we look up to price them.
• Your branding assets (logo, channel names) used to generate cards.
• Operational metadata needed to publish to your Telegram and WhatsApp destinations and update your price-list sheet.

Service providers

To operate the service we rely on a small set of infrastructure providers for AI parsing, product-data lookups, messaging delivery, and spreadsheet updates. Each receives only what its function requires. A current list of subprocessors is available on request and is included in your service agreement.

What we never do

• We never contact your vendors or your buyers.
• We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
• We never expose KVR to your buyers. Every output is white-labeled to your brand.

Retention & export

If you cancel, you receive a full export of your deal history, contacts, and templates within 48 hours, and your data is deleted within 30 days.
